1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Beautilicious Aesthetics website at beautilicious-aesthetics.co.uk and your engagement with our aesthetic and beauty services. By using our website, booking a consultation, or receiving a treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before booking or receiving any treatment. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Our Services

Beautilicious Aesthetics provides aesthetic and beauty treatments including, but not limited to: muscle-relaxing injections, dermal fillers, platelet rich plasma (PRP), skin boosters, fat dissolving injections, microneedling, Hydrafacial, facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, vitamin injections, eyelash extensions, eyelash lift and tint, eyebrow tinting, acrylic nail extensions, manicures, pedicures, gel polish, spray tan, and massage.

All aesthetic treatments are performed by a fully qualified and appropriately insured practitioner. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion, including where we believe it is not in the best interest of the client's health or safety.

3. Consultations

A consultation is required before all aesthetic treatments (injectable treatments, microneedling, fat dissolving, and similar). The purpose of the consultation is to:

• Assess your suitability for the proposed treatment
• Review your medical history and any contraindications
• Explain the treatment, risks, expected outcomes, and alternatives
• Obtain your fully informed, written consent

We will not proceed with any treatment without valid informed consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent and decline or discontinue treatment at any time, with no obligation to proceed.

4. Bookings & Appointments

Appointments may be booked via our website contact form, by telephone, or by email. A booking is confirmed only once you have received written confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or emergency. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer an alternative appointment.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our policy is as follows:

• 48+ hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling with no charge
• Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply, up to 50% of the treatment cost
• No-show (failure to attend without notice): A fee up to 100% of the treatment cost may be charged to cover the reserved appointment time

We understand that emergencies happen. We will always aim to be reasonable and consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

6. Patch Tests & Pre-Treatment Requirements

Certain treatments require a patch test to be carried out in advance (typically 48–72 hours before treatment). Where a patch test is required, we will advise you at the time of booking. Failure to attend a required patch test may result in the treatment being postponed.

You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical information, including medications, allergies, recent procedures, and any changes to your health since your last visit. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety or outcome of your treatment and may affect any guarantee or aftercare offered.

7. Age Restrictions

You must be aged 18 years or over to receive aesthetic treatments at Beautilicious Aesthetics. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Certain beauty treatments (such as nails or massage) may be available to younger clients with appropriate parental or guardian consent, please contact us to discuss.

8. Treatment Results & Disclaimer

Aesthetic treatments are not one-size-fits-all. While we strive to achieve the results discussed during your consultation, individual outcomes vary depending on factors including skin type, lifestyle, age, health status, and adherence to aftercare instructions. We cannot guarantee specific results.

Before and after photography may be used to document your treatment progress with your explicit written consent. This imagery will not be shared publicly without your separate and specific written consent.

All treatments carry inherent risks, which will be explained to you during your consultation. You acknowledge that you have been informed of and accept these risks.

9. Aftercare

We will provide you with written and/or verbal aftercare instructions following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions. Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect the outcome of your treatment and may invalidate any complimentary aftercare or touch-up arrangement agreed at the time of treatment.

10. Pricing & Payment

Treatment prices are as quoted at the time of booking or consultation. All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. We accept major credit and debit cards and cash. Where a deposit is required to secure a booking, this will be advised at the time of booking and will be deducted from the final treatment cost.

We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Updated prices will apply to bookings made after the price change.

11. Complaints

We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly and fairly. If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us in the first instance:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide a full response within 14 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant professional regulator or trading standards authority.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any treatment or service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that treatment or service. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses.
